- Receive the power of attorney / authority letter / demand letter from the client.
- Submit the power of attorney / authority letter / demand letter to the consulate.
- Make an artwork of the advertisement & Get approval of the same from the client.
- Receive applications, scrutinize & shortlist candidates.
- Organize final interviews at a predefined time & venue if required.
- Send candidates for trade test (if necessary).
- Get new list of selected candidates.
- Co-ordinate Travel arrangement of the selected candidates with the Employers' Agents or our empanelled Travel-Agents.
